In Michigan, all Phlebotomists must be certified by law and only after completing a State Approved Training Programs. Upon Successful Completion of this training, Students are qualified to take the NHA* Exam, also available at Hazy Institute of Learning.

As a duty, you (phlebotomist) are required to meet the needs of the patient under the doctor’s order of draws.

NOTE:
Potential Students MUST be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED
